Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Handling time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Palletised & Bulky Items
Due to size, weight, and battery transport requirements:

Robotic lawnmowers, RTK stations, charging docks, and large accessory kits may be shipped on a pallet.

Palletised and bulky items are delivered to a local freight depot for customer collection.

We utilise major Australia-wide freight depot networks to ensure safe handling of high-value equipment.
Customers will be notified once their order arrives at the nominated depot.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Collect the item within the courier’s specified timeframe

Ensure suitable transport and loading capability for depot collection
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available by arrangement. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Installation & Local Delivery
Some robotic lawnmowers qualify for dealer delivery and professional installation, arranged directly through our team.
Installation availability, pricing, and delivery options vary by location and product. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss installation and delivery options.
Husqvarna Automower Products
Due to manufacturer distribution requirements:
Husqvarna products are available for Click & Collect only.
In some cases, local delivery or installation may be arranged directly through our store. Please contact us before purchasing to discuss available options.
Incorrect Address & Failed Depot Collections
If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address details provided at checkout, or

Failure to collect from the nominated depot within the courier’s required timeframe,
Any additional freight, storage, or re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Authority to Leave
Authority to Leave is subject to courier approval and is generally not available for palletised, lithium battery, or high-value items.
Robotic Lawn Mowers Australia is not responsible for items once delivered where Authority to Leave has been approved.
